The UIC Chemistry Research Symposium is a yearly event open to post-doctoral fellows, graduate students, and undergraduate students who want to showcase their research. Throughout the afternoon, there will be a keynote lecture by a UIC alum, three selected oral presentations, as well as a poster session and light refreshments. Students and faculty from all divisions across the Chemistry department will get a chance to interact and find out what lies at the frontiers of UIC Chemistry Research.
In order to be considered for an oral presentation, applicants should check the appropriate box in the abstract submission form. The abstracts will be judged by a panel of faculty members in the same or similar field of study/division. All candidates will be informed of the decision via email.
Abstract submissions for the 2019 UIC Chemistry Research Symposium are now open.
